I highly recommend Sean at S&R Garage Door Services. I purchased 2 B&D roller door motors early last year, one of them stopped working. Despite being under warranty, I quickly discovered that B&D have terrible customer service.
However, Sean obtained a brand new motor and came out and removed the faulty motor and installed the new motor. He also installed a battery back up that I purchased. Guess how much he charged me...zero dollars! Sean has old school, great customer service and that why I highly recommend him and his service!

Our garage door malfunctioned late on a Thursday.
Shaun responded immediately, and gave me several options.
Not only was his price fair and reasonable, he was out early the next morning to do the job.
You can't ask for better service than that.

Thanks Shaun. Super great job in servicing my garage door and hooking up my new remotes to open both the garage door and the street gate. I highly recommend S & R Garage Door Services to everyone

Having many years of experience in the customer service industry you get to know what exceptional customer service and care is…….and Shaun is one of the best I’ve ever encountered. He was on time, courteous, knew his stuff and extremely reasonably priced and did the job perfectly..nothing was a bother to him. I would highly recommend him for any garage door issues and I just wish others in customer service would take a leaf out of his book!

Shaun was amazing! Fixed my garage door for me in between jobs, (because I couldn’t get out) even though he was heavily booked.
There are businesses out there who take advantage of this, but Shaun is not one of them! He was friendly and affordable. I will definitely use again and recommend to everyone who needs their garage repaired!

Quite honestly if you need any work, repairs, fitting or just some advice; S&R is the company I would recommend across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Great service and kind pricing. Thank you to the team for helping me out with my garage door requirements.

Shaun is really good at what he does. Easy communication, punctual and efficient.

He might even fix the minor things for free. He fixed my garage remote for free.

What a service. Shaun came within a few days of the storms to replace our garage motor. Friendly, professional and generous with providing his knowledge on the different options available to us. Would highly recommend to anyone, thank you again for your kind service Shaun.
