4.2. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the extent of the service provided and the specific circumstances of the request.

5. Service Cancellation
5.1. If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
5.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the service cost.
